Rugby World Cup

Today we had an awesome activity to complete before the morning tea. Before the activity we had to do a max of 30 second video on a phone or Ipad. My group number was 1. We choose a value that is called INTEGRITY it means or stands for doing the right thing without no one looking. We done the Reality vs Expectations. My part was was Reality and my partner done Expectations. On the paper was Write three facts about the Rugby World Cup , the five top 2019 winners. 

Hit the Button

Hit the Button is a Math game that my group got choose to do tomorrow. It has Square Numbers , Division facts , Time tables , Halves , Doubles , Number bonds. I struggle on Division facts , Time tables. This game is to make you know what you don't know. 

Te Wiki o te reo maori

Last last week was Maori language week. GTS changed it up and added some cool and new we had to sing Maori songs before lunch. after all that we learnt the Maori version to Don't forget your roots.Some of the kids didn't know how to sing but they still sang. It was difficult but fun because I learnt some new words and sang the song from my culture.

Typing Test

Today we played a game called typing test. It was challenging because I was using a Ipad. It was fun because I got 33 correct words and 2 errors. My teacher said for the last one with the highest word correct gets a treat and group points. My group partner gets higher then the class because he practices after school and at home or in his spare time. 

Simon Says

Today we starting our day playing Simon Says. Simon Says is a game you play when you want to challenge yourself or just bored. My teacher said "The last 3 still standing gets group points and a treat,". I didn't stay in long because when my teachers said jump I didn't keep on jumping I stopped. It was fun because it was challenging.
